Just wanted to clarify, as a long-time Windows HPC/PPC user and now a N800, too. I'd say email is better in N800 IF you are using personal IMAP/POP compatible accounts such as gmail (though you'll need Modest or Clawsmail for that instead of the built-in email client). But IF you're using a corporate account with activesync then I'd stick with PPC or Palm (at least I can't get support for N800 in our business).
