I am having an issue with gmail in 1.3 using the built-in gmail option. 1.2 introduced the ability to include my name when setting up a gmail account. This meant that when emails were sent, they showed up to the recipient as coming from "<my name>" rather than my email address "<***@gmail.com". This seems to no longer be working for me in 1.3 and emails that I send are now received as coming from my email address. As my email address does not have any relevance to my name, this is confusing for recipients.

I have tried deleting the gmail account and recreating it. What is now strange is that the ability to include my name no longer appears when I set up the account. However, it appears when I later go into the account and try to edit it.

Before I go down the restore/reflash route, is anyone else able to confirm that the name functionality still works in 1.3?
