My N9, a switzerland white one, product code 059M6W9, have no more PR1.2 firmware on Navifirm (so no PR1.3...)
I flashed it with another firmware (north europe, if I remember) without any problem to have PR1.2, and for PR1.3, I changed the product code with NSS Pro to update it via NSU.
I'm going to reflash it with Navifirm firmware and changing back my product code to genuine one cause I have some little troubles:
