I did buy "new" N900 from iastro888 just few weeks ago.

The phone is clearly refurbished: The screen protector is different than original. There is no sticker on the back instructing how to remove the back cover. The box seem original but it is missing the AV-cable and the charger adapter that my original N900 shipped with.

The phone outer casing looks like new but the materials quality is lower than original phone. The kickstand especially is flimsy and the magnet lock is weak. On front panel the "NOKIA" logo text is much darker color than original. The slide out keyboard has much looser feel than my 2.5 year old N900.

The screen also shows two bright dots/areas. (There is another thread here explaining this issue.)

Luckily the internals seem all work fine. Therefore I decided to keep the phone. I can always swap the casing from my old phone to this if/when my old N900 breaks down.

I did arque with the seller about the "item not as described" condition. Seller persisted that the phone is new from their supplier, but refused to give their supplier name. (If it really was new from authorized Nokia distributor they should have not have problem revealing their supplier name?) Finally he agreed to give a discount to reimburse some of the cost of selling refurbished phone as new.

So if you want to buy a new N900, you'll not get it from iastro888. However, you might still get a decent phone for the money.
