"dpkg-deb -d" can't package sources larger than 4 MB in my situation.....but thanks to ammyt there is "Build me" which can package large sources like MMM

You may think about syntax for files indicating changes among the packages

My proposal is in the development thread.
PS. I had no problem building 10MB package (it only took a while)
