I thought you had the problem only at your home network...
Well if you really need to get away from that, permanently, go and comment out the following three lines from your /sbin/preinit:

..... modprobe g_ether sleep 1 /sbin/ifconfig usb0 192.168.2.15 up .....
But,

when editing the file or you
WILL BRICK
your device. You have been warned.
