Well, I finally got it installed. No idea what the problem was, I ended up using the same files I had downloaded previously, because I couldn't get a good file download. I tried on a Windows PC, a Linux notebook, and the N800, all had the same problems. The first files I downloaded were the proper size, and installed on the fourth try. <shrug> Now that it's working, my initial impression is that it's a dancing bear. The wonder isn't that it dances well, it's that it dances at all. There is a huge amount of time spent watching little icons bounce up and down, as apps s l o w l y load, and then slowly run. I'll play with it awhile and see if I want to keep it. It requires patience, though. Penguinbait, thanks for the work.
