That's just the display pic of the last person who's contact details you must have seen.. It's showing on your profile as your own pic might not have been updated.. This happened with me too but it gets fixed after some quit and restarts (latest cepi version)

You need not worry about your wife seeing it as this pic only shows up on your own phone and others will continue to not see any display pic for your profile.. If you would rather have a guy's pic when you see your profile next time, just view the pic of some guy on your contacts list and then that will be the pic appearing on all contacts who don't have a pic as such (only when you specifically open a profile pic, not on the thumbnail)
