No the system by default assigns a sha1sum value to closed binaries of which the values are stored in refhashlist...if you modify a closed binary like i did for grob to change user agent, aegis will detect a conflicting sha1sum value and not load your file...
i don't have the time currently otherwise i can check whether the file you are looking for too has a sha1sum value in refhashlist...if it has a value then this certainly is the issue...why not just do a simple keyword search in refhashlist?
