I have checked in my log that there are 2 files creating problems: The second file (file:///home/user/.contacts/avatars/mfe_avatar_eF1267.jpg) does not exists, the first one generating a decoding error has following properties (file:///home/user/.contacts/avatars/mfe_avatar_Ew1293.jpg):
~ $ls -l /home/user/.contacts/avatars/mfe_avatar_Ew1293.jpg
-rw------- 1 user users 9637 Aug 31 05:26 /home/user/.contacts/avatars/mfe_avatar_Ew1293.jpg
~ $
EDIT: Check out the file that generate DECODING error: It is a PNG file with JPG extension ?!!?! This is a bug located somewhere within Meego/Gmail/Facebook then !! I checked the user avatar and eventhough it is as if one was selected, the image was not displayed.
