To do a full restore you need a backup first...Did you have a full backup stored in the correct folder in the first place? If not follow http://wiki.maemo.org/N9QTweak#Metho...ble_.2B_N9.5D:

get a clean backup and restore using the method mentioned in the link...


Edit: In reply to your post below, N9QTweak works on pr1.3 well...My post here clearly explains the role of N9QTweak by Schturman and the possibilities of your system being adversely affected by it...

Please try the backup and restore method I have pointed out to you in this post and report...A re-flash is never needed for such minor issues
