Well there is no guarantee it would work but this is what you need to do:
1) On your PC run cmd.exe as admin:
cd /path/to/flasher/
flasher -f -F rootfs.bin
2) Plug in your powered off phone
[if i doesnt look to be shutting down hold the power button for 8seconds to off]
once the Suitable device phonenet not found message comes up
3) Now you can see your battery charge. You need to be quick here...If its 10% or more PLUG OUT your phone immediately!
If its less than 10%, leave it plugged in till it charges to 10%. Once it reaches 10%, plug it out, and connect it to a wall charger for somewhile and once it has enough charge it should boot up itself...
