Well if you have a backup it doesnt backup call logs...

To reset tracker:

- Open Settings -> Security -> Developer Mode -> Enable

- After the installation, the device will reboot

- After the reboot, open terminal from the homescreen

- Now type:

tracker-control -r
- Reboot the device once done and you'll see all the media get detected...
