Well they did warn a few times in this thread that it needed to be sorted pronto...
As part of registering the entity they needed a name decided & by-laws finalized, cant recall all the reasons why OTTOMH, but basically they needed registration done before they can move forward.
I also asked (IIRC) if we could just go ahead with Hildon & get the council to change it later if the consensus was different, but I never got a response to that, I can't recall if it was PM's or posted.
Definitely bedtime this time.....
