Hello. Im writing this post with a bit of sadness. What i tought to be a epic journey of coding, modding and awesomeness has turned into the nightmare of my life, and it's all thanks to nokia care and mediamarkt sweden. When i get my refund, im buying a padfone, and that's it with that.

Bought my n9 this spring, a black 16 gb, fancy thingy. Worked like a charm, was incredible, etc etc. But one day, my wlan and internet started to fail me, showing chip errors in the logs. Brought it in, showed the logs. We'll fix it, they said. Got it back a month later. "It's working like a charm with our simcard" they said. -Have you tried using it for an hour continuously, i asked. Nope, but your phone is fine, our tests says that. Nothing to do. used it, cursed it.
Camera lens got loose in a wired manner, and kept moving around whenever phone vibrated. Noticed tiny screw missing under charging port tray. Was able to lift up my screen and camera with my fingers. Brought it in. They said it was my fault. Got mad at them. They reminded me i got an insurance on it, used it.
Got it back a month later, with an broken screen.
Guy in desk at mediamarkt told me there was nothing he could do about the screen. Got supermad. Noticed screw was still missing.
Convinced the guy that i did not send in the phone with an broken screen. Swedish shop could not fix, sent it to finland, got i back a month later, same day as my big move. front camera misplaced, headphone jack not working, and charging port door misplaced and uncloseable. drove 60 km to the closest mediamarkt, to make a complaint, and get all my money back. Been in the complaint state for a month, and guess what? Yesterday the called me, asked, "we cant find any service history on this phone, have you turned it in at another mediamarkt"? -Yes ofcourse, my receipt you copied says it was bought and serviced in växjö. "Ohh, yeah, thats right..." -So, it's been a month, how long until done? "Well, now when got what we need, maybe a month or two."

It's been two months now, and im still sitting here with my Sony Ericsson F305.

I payed 400 euros for something that been in a workshop more than in my hands.
Im ****ing sick of nokia, as i bought the n9 for n900 money, after convincing them that an E7 is not anywhere close to the n900 in any way.

Im out. May your phones be forever durable. Sail strong.
Take care.
