You have to try registration in about 5 hours. The screenshot just shows that you tried to register too many times the same day.
The progress bar says registering for 120 seconds and then comes up a message 'The verification sms was never received' and when I open the Yappari app, it displays registration failed. Asks me to try again after 7 hours. Thanks!
