Access to hiend hardware non an Issue? Yes it is:

1 bigger volumes == lowerprice
2 big corporations has first acces cause they had money
3 small companys has no chance have latest cause of 1 and 2

if you expect latest greatest, fine but then you have to pay ALOT more, bussines as usual... But thats to risky for Jolla, cause who will by devices that is to high prices? The better take som older TI Cortex chip or some china ripoff. or some chip that is not "so popular" anymore buy other big companys.

Quadcore/NVidia is probadly reserved for Nokia and Android.
