I do believe that Tegra 3 or what ever nvidia product will not be the case:
1. Lack of proper linux support.
2. proprietary closed driver with no data sheets makes user to be forced to use only kernels that are available from nvidia developers.
3. High price, high demand on the market for tegra 3 (see as Nexus 7 is tablet gamebraker)(for big companies like LG, ASUS, Huawei etc.)
