Try to run uninstall all and when it done, install it again.
Do you have dev. mode activated when you trying to install ?
If you still get the same issue with installation of unrestricted sys-ui, try to install it manually:

Sorry, but I can't reproduce your problem... I never had this issue with installation It's always installed like expected...

PS. Something else... You also can try to reinstall/reactivate inception from tweak EE before tweak T...
