A last question: is it better to have open mode or inception? I'm wondering if I'm not gonna pass to open mode as it seems having more possibilities.

According to your answer, need to search for a useful thread with guidelines
See the main disadvantage of open mode is you get that bloody warning message at every boot-up which can be disabled already...Other than that it takes an extra 5-10secs to boot up due to the warning even though its now replaced by the Nokia logo...

Aegis is totally disabled in open mode while using inception its still active just bypassed on-demand...

IMO, I'm a fan of open mode instead of inception...Reason being I consider myself as someone who is not doing things blindly so I am responsible for my own actions...Open Mode allows me to Fix Malf State anytime without worrying about that warning message...It also allows me to skip installing inception although I have installed inception so if someones asks something I'm able to help...Another thing is the export origin of packages...Using open mode you can keep them to the same trust-worthiness as other system packages but inception actually promotes them to one level above com.nokia.maemo by becoming com.nokia.maemo/local...

So for me to re-install anything under open mode is pretty easy but inception users have to download the system package and the incept it which in my books is more cumbersome...

Hope the above clarifies things...If you need to know more let me know

See this thread by CODeRUS for disabling the warranty void message as well as switching from regular to open mode without losing anything: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=84659
