You can just type the commands, they should work.

After reboot,

- xterm
- NOT root, i.e., do not gainroot, just regular user right after xterm,
- mkdir ~/bin
- cd ~/bin
- wget http://www.nmacleod.com/nokia/bin/nupgrade.sh
- wget http://www.nmacleod.com/nokia/bin/tar
- chmod +x nupgrade.sh tar
