In normal (not open) mode just do as user in terminal:

You can then flash either open mode kernel from http://depot.javispedro.com/nit/harm...free/k/kernel/

OR you can flash the nitdroid dual boot kernel which would be preferred now as Backup Menu is out...

I just understood from the below post you mean that while applying a tweak it closes the app...Well this is a system bug that is unfixed in the n9...It happens randomly...I have had this many times when I install from Store or Apps4Meego...Had this from N9QT a few times too but now N9QT doesn't cause but anything from Apps4Meego causes it...Its a very weird bug with the n9...

What you should do in such cases is do an individual installation meaning don't choose ALL applets in tweak t-3 but do them one by one...For sys-ui once its installed only then will the app close so you wouldn't need to repeat it...
