you need to have terminal (use developer mode to get it). Ensure it is not connected to your pc at this stage, and that youve closed out of wazapp using the quit function.

from terminal:

cd /home/user/.wazapp
<press enter>
cp *.db /home/user/MyDocs
<press enter>.

Close terminal

plug it into your pc, and you should see a .db file. this is what you need to copy.
