When you did a zeroize device flash did you do both a rootfs+emmc flash?

Since you have done a flash recently and presumable not much data on the device i would suggest doing a rootfs+emmc flash to fix the issue...

All the people who have had this issue have got it fixed via chmod 775'ing it but it doesn't work for you so might as well do a full flash...
