wolke, I think he still has a n9; not a paperweight...In the thread where he first posted, he mentioned that the n9 had lost battery charge and was not able to boot up...This can be fixed by a flash being initiated...flasher will not start the flash till 11% battery life so at 10% he can plug it out and charge using a wall-plug hence no need to flash...flasher here is used just to provide the charge...
