Everything should be explained here.

But especially for you:
1. get a double SIM adapter
2. cut and insert your SIMs
3. install SIM-Switcher via HAM (HildonApllicationManager) or FAM or apt-get
4. configure the two config files (install also some text editor, or use internal vi, if you know how)
5. have fun
