here are the screenshot of my *.db file. noticed that there is only one *db file that have different numbering.....that is when i swapped my sim.
The name of the db is <Your IMSI>.db and your IMSI is related to your SIM-Card, so this seems to be intended. At least in wazapp, i don't know how it works in other official clients.

Edit: should be possible very easy to switch SIM-Cards and then rename dbs to the desired behaviour without problems, i did that very often, but not with 2 different SIM-Cards...
