Yes, you have a not clean backup, download it from the first post on your PC, delete the old backup on the phone with this command (as user):

rm -rf /home/user/MyDocs/.NQTWeakBackup

now extract the clean backup file, downloaded before, and copy the extracted folder to the phone connecting it via USB Mass Storage or copy it whatever you want, but the backup folder (.NQTWeakBackup) must be put in MyDocs folder.
Now into it there is the twitter-qml.desktop that you wanted, and now with N9QTweak you can restore this one
