if wget not installed, it will install automatically from script (it packaged to N9QT)...
Try what thedead1440 told you, or try 3G connection, or try set your WIFI connection to the static ip.
Also after this message you can find a small PDF file in your Documents folder (this is a automatic action). This file include links to the PDF instruction and you can use this links to download instruction...
If you want to see the menu again, just remove this small PDF file from Documents folder and try to open N9QT again...
