You asked how to turn off the blinkling LEDs... Anyway since you attempted to flash can you flash again and post the output? I'm quite sure your flash didn't go thru' successfully... If you don't want to flash but fix the reboot loop then I need to know what you did that caused the reboot loop in the first place...
