I doubt if N950 uses the Gorilla Glass. I have used N950 with care and without screen protector. After a few weeks there appears some tiny tiny scratches. You can notice if put the screen under the bright light, however it does not affect daily usage. (You can hardly see when you use the device.) I have used iPhone4(Shame - I just want to see why everyone loves it) and Dell Venue Pro for about same amount of time, there are no scratches. These 2 devices do have Gorilla Glass.

I heard someone uses the E7 screen protector for N950 and worked fine, I haven't bought myself but it's worth trying.
