AFAIK, there's no need to reach the drastic step of restoring your N9 just because Wazapp is not working.

For those who installed the Cepi build 16102012, if you can't start Wazapp please do the following:

apt-get install python-context.provider
This step was written in the source page where the build was released. Hope that helps.
