Also, I already did it, but via another way It integrated in installation process (to postinst script). Before finish of installation it will open changelog file, you can read this and for complite installation just press Enter
Tested right now and it work perfectly ! But if you install N9QT by clicking on the file, it will not open any window, it just finish installation
