i never faced such problems with backupmenu while restoring backups. May be the backup which you used to restore your device was a corrupt one. Anyone else checked that backup or reported any problems ? And from where you downloaded that backup ?

edit: and for options basically you don't have any options since your phone is not booting and also your usb port is broken. if bakcupmenu is still functioning correctly may be someone with more expertise with backupmenu can help you.
