"command line sharing" - sharing-cli package:
http://maemo.org/packages/view/sharing-cli/

1. Install it
2. Settings -> Sharing accounts -> Command Line Sharing
3. Your command, example for uploading to ftp: "ncftpput -u username -p password 10.0.0.1 / %s"

But it's only one command for one type of sharing...

Also you can use "Hamster Filer"
