thedead1440 and death_jax, complaining about internet connection is not a problem, because if user are not connected it will show a message "you are not connected"..
I can create another scenario:
1. it will show what version installed and what version in my dropbox.
2. Now it will ask you want to see changelog or exit
3. If choose exit, ti will exit... If choose Changelog it will show changelog of new version and ask download or not. If not, it will exit.

What you think ? Or i will leave the menu ?
