Yes, its a handy little pain

OK here is the deal, pressing shift once, then pressing 2 will make an @ sign

pressing shift twice, will turn the 2 into an @ sign, but if you press the @ sign it will make a 2.

So when first time you press shift it works, it just doesn't change the keyboard.

Is this making sense? Annoying little bug, but if you know where the keys are its not an issue. Sometime I press shift 3 times so I can see where something is and then press it.
