Are you saying here that forced-rotation actually is just a debugging tool, and therefore not meant for general use? The sense I'm getting from the discussion is that forced rotation is one of the most popular features of CSSU. Power users, novices, muppets, everybody -- the first thing they want to do with the CSSU is play with rotation. Personally, I think it is unreasonable for us to assume that normal users of CSSU aren't going to want to turn on forced rotation. And as such, I'd prefer that it be already turned on, but only for those apps that benefit from it; rather than have it hidden away, and need significant configuration after being turned on to fix all the things it inevitably breaks...
