You were in the wrong dir when you used dpkg....
I've had the same error because I was in /home/user/MyDocs, but the .deb was in /home/user/MyDocs/documents.

Does anyone other than Arie have this working properly under PR1.3?
pasiv states that I am incepted and I get no errors running ariadne sh but I don't have the credentials to run /usr/sbin/aegisctl -s.
INABT gave a hint here, perhaps you missed out the step incepting (not just installing) aegisctl:

Perhaps you also didn't incept the aegisctl deb the first time around...

Rather than executing those last 2 cmds as devel-su, try doing so as a regular user.
As already explained, make sure you uninstall both packages from the app manager "1st".
Not sure if all this is ultimately going to fix that error though, seems to be pretty common.

Ugh, reading comprehension man, you were already asked at least once to make sure you do that.

pasiv: fatal errror occurred.
how to fix this??
There's at least 2 users in this thread experiencing this, I'm going to see if INABT can weigh-in, I'll link to relevant posts.
You can try approaching him yourself on IRC in the #inception channel...
