Remember, Nokia was by far the worlds biggest phone mft without ever having a hold on the Americas. It's the developing countries where Nokia need to pull in money. And there, things are changing so fast, it's impossible to tell where they'll be in 3-5 years.
NOKIA lost its mojo. The heydays of world control is gone. If you are successful in the USA, you are successful elsewhere.
