I'd like to share my enthusiasm about the video content of the following two sites. Slightly OT since the first is only OS2008 compatible through re-encoding, since the iPod version doesn't play smoothly (have notified the site manager to provide more video formats). I haven't checked whether second can be used from its feed, but the content is great.

- Check the TED talks on www.ted.com for some really inspiring food for thought on a diverse set of topics (5-20mins long). Speakers include physicists, biologists, designers, architects, photographers, game designers, economists, authors, musicians etc.

- Also, for the photographers among you - check the Radiant Vista website for twice-weekly photo critiques and Photoshop tutorials. The tone of the talks is very friendly and Craig Tanner, who critiques the photos, projects a very warm & supportive athmosphere. The WMV versions of the files can be watched via MPlayer without re-encoding http://www.radiantvista.com/critique

Enjoy.
