*Face-palm* Now I know why nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d was showing nothing...
Think the harmattan-dev repo's* a culprit too, in light of all this other stuff we're finding out that's down etc.

*unless that's one of the domains listed in one or more of these 2 source files, will check it all out later, bed time.
