Maybe re-install inception from the tweak again then repeat the procedure...
I also think it may be inception.. I'm not sure it got incepted.
In application mgr I see 3 square orange inception icons. I recall long time ago when I was trying to install inception, you had me do some steps to complete the installation and for the life of me I don't remember how to do that again..
