I'm trying to install the scratchbox SDK and I am getting an error when it tries to get the rootstrap from harmattan-dev:

/tmp/arm-public-sdk-rootstrap.tgz

Does anybody have this hosted somewhere? If it's not allowed to be hosted by 3rd parties I apologize for the request in advance.
