you should have the multiboot installed in your N900 , then if you have custom kernel installed , just reboot N900 but you should open the keyboard and don't close it until the device boot up again , then you should see a menu with some options , one of them is your custom kernel . select it and u will start up with it.
If u reboot with closed keyboard , you will not see the boot menu .
