The GPS system knows nothing of time zones, just universal time. You have to tell a program to change the time to local time. The tablet comes set to UTC by default, and if you don't tell it your home city, it thinks it's London. You have to tell the tablet the correct home time zone (using a city) and then MM should get the correct time. After setting the home city, you'll then have to reset the local time.
