hm.. im not sure i get it.
what i want to extract are those user defined tags that can be added via the phone gallery app.

btw, if i try, for example, exiftool -xmp:Subject 12100306.jpg
i only get:
Warning: [minor] Unrecognized MakerNotes - 12100306.jpg

nothing else
