DosBox is not intended to run any version of Windows. It's used for emulating the DOS operating system and enables running DOS applications only (primarily focusing on games).

In theory one would use Qemu to run an operating system in a virtual machine with cross architecture emulation (i.e. if you need to run x86 OS on ARM CPU). However in practice it's complete nonsense, since N9's CPU is too weak to perform such task with any sane result.
