From this screenshot i see the same short backspace = it is original one.
If you want it big the tweak D-2-1 should do this. Or maybe something happens, try to do this manually:
Go to this file:

Code:

/usr/share/meegotouch/virtual-keyboard/layouts/tr.xml

Check line 138 which word you see "large" or "x-large". The original is "x-large"...
also go to:

/usr/share/meegotouch/virtual-keyboard/layouts/symbols-39.xml

Check line: 106 and 236. Also which word you have? the original one is "x-large".
Tweak D-2-1 change it to "large" and you get it bigger...
Also you can change it to "stretched"...
