Ok, I found where is the problem and why restore to default (D-2-3) not worked for you...
Probably you don't have "Clean backup" or if yes, your clean backup is not so clean. This is a reason why it not restored to default.
I checked it right now on both my devices and it worked without any problem.
Just download my clean backup from Tweak L
